JUSTICE are accepting applications for their 2019 winter internship. They are looking for a legal intern for their London Office but are only accepting applications from UK law graduates. This is due to the nature of the work which will include: conducting legal research, providing commentary on draft legislation and supporting ongoing work exploring legal reform. The internship will enable the development of both research and drafting skills and provide the opportunity to engage with litigation and law-making processes within a small and friendly team of staff.
Applications will be accepted from any UK law graduates including those who are expected to have completed a law degree, GDL or are a CILEX graduate at the time of starting the internship. A successful applicant must have an interest in the challenges affecting the justice system and have an understanding of the UK’s constitutional and human rights framework.
Excellent written skills and spoken communication skills are also required. The internship will take place from January and will last three months. Applicants must be JUSTICE members.
Closing date: Wednesday 27th November 5pm
