DILS inaugural lecture, “Dispute Settlement in the Law of the Sea – The Current State of Play” will be delivered by Professor Robin Churchill on 5 November 2013 at 5 pm in the Carnegie Lecture Theater, CEPMLP, University of Dundee.
Professor Churchill will outline the role of litigation, explore various litigation strategies, offer insights on the law/power relationship in modern international law and consider the role of litigation in helping to resolve disputes in the twenty-first century.
