YWCA Scotland - The Young Women's Movement are recruiting for our leadership programme, Young Women Lead, for young women aged 14 – 30 living in Dundee. This programme creates a unique and exciting safe space to hear the voices of young women in Dundee. Young Women Lead: Dundee will focus on engagement with local democracy, and issues affecting their local area.
The first half of Young Women Lead will consist of free training workshops on topics such as social media, routes to public engagement and social research. The second half of Young Women Lead will be focused on conducting research on an issue affecting young women and girls in Dundee. We believe it is an excellent opportunity for young women to participate within their communities to affect real tangible change.
