We are four final year undergraduate law students who have been selected to represent Scotland in the 39th Edition of the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition.

This May we plan to compete at the International Court of Justice at The Hague. It is an honour to have been given the opportunity to represent our country. At this moment we are looking for sponsorship to enable this.

We are seeking funding to assist with the costs, including the entrance fee of £1250 as well as travel expenses and accommodation. In order to maximise our chances of success we hope to engage in a practice round with other European Universities who are very experienced in competing in the Telders Mooting Competition. This would be a great opportunity for us to make connections between Scotland and other countries. As a team we would be very grateful for your input and support.

To recognise your support, the Telders Organising Office will name you in their programme booklet and review report. This would be an excellent opportunity to have your firm’s name broadcast on an international stage at such a prestigious event. In previous years, national teams have been supported by law firms across Europe, many already with a base in the UK and it would be great to have this sort of support for the Scottish National Team. Although we are all studying in Dundee, we pride ourselves on our varied backgrounds from across Scotland and will be excellent ambassadors for our country.

We would be immensely grateful for any contribution you could make.
