Professor William Kovacic – Competition Law and Policy

Professor William Kovacic of The George Washington University Law School in Washington DC, and King’s College London, will give a talk on competition law and policy. Alongside his academic appointments, Professor Kovacic is currently a non-executive director of the UK Competition and Markets Authority. Formerly, he was at various times General Counsel, Commissioner, and ultimately Chair of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission following appointment by President George W. Bush in 2008.
