Dr Ana María Daza-Clark Lecturer at University of Edinburgh Law School 27th October 2016 at 5.00 p.m. Carnegie Lecture Theatre CEPMLP In this lecture, Dr Daza-Clark will address new developments in the negotiation of international investment agreements such as CETA and TTIP, in relation to host States’ regulatory freedom. The lecture will focus on new and amended investment provisions, restricting the expansive protection of investors and investments. Dr Daza-Clark teaches WTO Law, International Investment Law, Public International Law and International Commercial Arbitration at Edinburgh Law School. She is the editor of the online newsletter Arbitration Watch and has previously taught at the Centre for Water Law, Policy and Science at the University of Dundee. Her research interests cover International Investment Law and Arbitration, International Law, Water Law and Management, WTO Law and Economic Regulation.
