The next DILS event, “Current Issues in the Investor State Dispute Settlement System”, will take place on 18 February, Tuesday between 5:15-7 pm in the CEPMLP’s Carnegie Lecture Theater. Mr. Ugur Erman Ozgur, PhD Candidate at the CEPMLP, will discuss the fundamental changes the Investor-State Dispute Settlement System has experienced since its inception.
He will examine the perceived issues of “legitimacy”, and will analyze the calls for reform.
The event will be followed by a Q&A session. Afterwards, DILS and Mr. Ozgur will be in Tonic Cafe Bar for further discussion and refreshments.
