After the Referendum: A Constitution for an Independent Scotland and Constitutional Change in the Event of a No Vote

Two workshops, on the implications of the referendum for Scotland’s constitution, will take place in the Court/Senate Suite, Collins Building, the University of Strathclyde on 13 November 2013 between 9.15 am – 5 pm and Yudowitz Lecture Theatre, Wolfson Medical Building, the Unniversity of Glasgow on 26 November 2013 between 13.30 – 17.30 pm respectively. The first workshop, “A Constitution for an Independent Scotland”, will focus on the constitutional implications of a “yes” vote. The second workshop, “Constitutional Change in the Event of a No Vote” will discuss what constitutional changes might nevertheless be desirable in the event of a “no” vote.

Attendance at the workshop is free, but numbers are limited. To register, please contact Jan Bissett (jan.bissett@strath.ac.uk). For further information please download the draft programmes for the first and second workshops here.
